If you are injured in an automobile collision or injured in any other setting:

what you should do

Other than complying with law enforcement during an investigation, you should not discuss the case with any insurance company or its agent; you should immediately contact your lawyer.Your lawyer will advise you about submitting a claim to either your insurance company or the at-fault party’s insurance company.

How we can help

We will advise you every step of the way in handling your injury claim. We take injury cases on a contingency fee, and our normal contingency fee is one-third; however, our contingency fee can be as high as 40 – 50% depending on our degree of risk in handling your case.  A contingency fee means that if we do not recover money for you, then we do not collect an attorney’s fee. We receive our fee whether we settle or actively try your case in the courtroom before a judge or a jury.

We will investigate your case. We will hire any necessary experts that we need to prove your case, and we will be constantly available to you to discuss your case. We will discuss your case with your physicians to understand your course of treatment. We will actively negotiate with insurance companies on your behalf to obtain the best possible result for you.

If we are unable to settle your case with the insurance company or at-fault party, then we are ready, willing and able to take your case to the courtroom and try it either before a judge or jury.

Typically in a personal injury case, insurance companies do not pay your bills as you go, but pay you fully either upon settlement or conclusion of a jury trial and the rendering of verdict.
